If you're unhappy with anything you bought from Dealfind, tell us and we'll do our best to make things right.
Unless otherwise stated on the deal page, we will generally only refund the purchase price of a Dealfind voucher if received within seven calendar days from the date of purchase. Exceptional circumstances will be handled on a case-by-case basis. If refunds are granted after 7 days, they will be in the form of a credit to be used exclusively at Dealfind.com. If you would like to discuss a refund, please refer to our Customer Support/FAQ page.
If your Dealfind voucher expires before you use it, our merchants will still honor the price you paid. The purchase price is the price you actually paid: we can't refund the value of any promotional code you applied to your order.
If a merchant goes out of business and you contact us within a year of your purchase, we will issue Dealfind Dollars to your account for the price you paid for any unused vouchers. Simply fill out a a support request form. After one year, we are unable to issue a refund or credit for your purchase. However, as with any Dealfind purchase, we will make all reasonable efforts to resolve your concerns with the Merchant.
